Electra,Texas is a town that was associated with the Triple D ranch, home of Fort Worth catttleman and businessman W. T. Waggoner.  Thompson Ward School was located where the present day Disnsmore building is located  It faced Main Street at the Y.  Information and photo supplied by Bill Wilson, who attended the Thompson Ward School.  Old records show two school projects in Electra but it isn't known if this was two separate buildings or if the second was an additional project on the building shown in the photo.
